Therapy

Therapy is a place to be real—messy, brave, and human. Together, we’ll make space for what’s not working, try new ways of showing up and navigating the world, and move toward a life that you actually want.

Warm, candid, contemporary therapy-session photo to match the energy of the strategic planning/coaching image, but clearly about therapy. Keep the cozy, softly lit room (plants, soft furnishings, maybe a coffee table, casual-professional modest clothing) and ensure visible diversity in race, gender, and body type among the people. At least one of the men in the scene should be non-white (for example, Black, Brown, Latine, or Asian) and clearly but naturally depicted, without stereotypes. Show 2–4 adults in a loose circle, engaged in conversation, with open, relaxed body language. On the wall behind them, hang a single large, calming piece of abstract artwork—soft organic shapes or brushstrokes in warm neutrals and muted colors (no text, charts, or sticky notes). Avoid anything that reads as corporate or strategic planning (no laptops, office desks, or whiteboards). The overall tone should communicate emotional safety, grounded presence, and relational healing, while stylistically harmonizing with the existing strategic planning/coaching photo in terms of warmth, color palette, and natural light.

Currently accepting new clients

Minimalist, continuous line-art illustration in the exact same abstract style, line weight, and warm orange/yellow palette as the existing Services images on this page. Single-line drawing of an individual in a therapeutic setting, but with clearly diverse features: textured or curly hair, fuller lips, and other subtle facial and hair cues that suggest a person of color, while still staying abstract and faceless (no detailed facial features). Maintain the same soft, flowing background shapes and overall simplicity — just adjust the silhouette and hair/face outline so the figure reads as non-white and more representative of diverse clients.

Individual

$190

A one-on-one space for you to show up exactly how you are, without judgment.

Minimalist, continuous line-art illustration in the exact same warm orange and yellow abstract background style, line weight, and level of abstraction as the other Services images. Depict a queer family: two men of clearly different races/ethnicities and a little girl. The two adults should both read clearly as men through body shape, posture, and hair/silhouette (no feminine-coded features like long hair, dresses, or hourglass shapes). One man could have short, tightly coiled or textured hair and broader features; the other could have a different hairstyle/texture and slightly different build, suggesting racial and ethnic diversity. The little girl is nestled close to them, conveying connection and safety. Faces remain abstract/faceless with minimal line detail, no odd or extra marks, just clean outlines. Keep the soft, flowing orange/yellow background shapes consistent with the Individual and Group illustrations.

Couples / Family

$200 / couple or family

Relationships and families can be beautiful, complicated, and sometimes hard. This is a space to slow down, untangle old patterns, and find new ways forward to the relationships you truly want.

Minimalist continuous line-art illustration matching the existing warm orange and yellow abstract background style and line weight used in the Services images on this page. Depict a small therapy group of 4–5 people seated together in a circle. Show clearly diverse races and genders: include at least one Black person, one person with East Asian features, one with lighter skin, and one with medium-brown skin; mix genders and gender expressions (e.g., a man, a woman, and at least one person with androgynous or nonbinary presentation). Use hair textures, silhouettes, and subtle body shapes to imply this diversity while keeping faces simple and mostly faceless. Everyone should be clothed in simple, modest outfits suggested through line and shape (e.g., shirts, pants, dresses), nothing suggestive or revealing. Maintain the same soft, flowing orange/yellow background shapes, calm mood, and overall level of abstraction as the Individual and Family/Coaching illustrations. No text, no extra props beyond simple chairs or implied seating.

Group

$100 / person

There’s something profound about not being alone in it. Group is a space to be seen, to connect, and to practice being real—together.

Leadership Coaching

Leading people—especially in social services—can be deeply meaningful and deeply exhausting. Coaching offers a space to think out loud, reconnect to your values, and lead in a way that feels more grounded, brave, and sustainable.

Strategic Planning & Facilitated Discussions

Organizations are made of people, stories, and complexity. I partner with teams to have the conversations that matter, find clarity in the mess, and move forward with intention and heart.
